About INPA
The Inspiration Point Neighborhood Association is the registered neighborhood organization for the Inspiration Point neighborhood in northwest Denver.
What is INPA?
IPNA is a Registered Neighborhood Organization, or RNO, with the City and County of Denver. That registration is not just a formality. It means the city is required to notify us of proposed zoning amendments, landmark applications, liquor license applications, and other changes inside our boundaries.
In practice, that notification is often the only advance warning residents get about a project before it is already underway. IPNA receives those notices, shares them with the neighborhood, and organizes a response when the neighborhood wants one. We also bring neighborhood concerns directly to our City Council office and to the city departments that show up to our meetings.
What we are not: we are not an HOA. We do not have covenants, we cannot fine you, and we have no authority over what you do with your property. Membership is voluntary.

The Inspiration Point Neighborhood resides between 52nd Ave & 48th Ave and Sheridan Blvd & Harlan St
Meetings
Meetings are quarterly and open to everyone who lives in the neighborhood, whether you own or rent, and whether or not you are a member. You do not need to sign up or bring anything. If you have something you want the association to take up, contact us before the meeting and we will get it on the agenda.
