Sidewalk snow removal is your responsibility. Denver requires property owners, occupants, and tenants to clear snow and ice from all public sidewalks adjacent to their property, including adjacent ADA ramps. Residences have 24 hours after the snow stops. Businesses are expected to start immediately. In a city-declared snow emergency the window extends to 48 hours. Inspectors leave time-stamped notices, and a fine of $150 can follow if the sidewalk is still not clear on re-check.
Do not shovel snow into the street. That is a separate violation. Snow should go onto your own yard or landscaping.
Denver Snow Angels: Free volunteer help clearing front sidewalks for older adults, residents living with a disability, residents who are temporarily ill, and anyone physically unable to shovel. The program does not clear driveways or front steps. Call 720-913-SNOW (7669), email snowangels@denvergov.org, or apply online. Denver Snow Angels
Neighbors: this program also needs volunteers. If you can shovel an extra walk, sign up here.Report an unshoveled sidewalk: Call 311 with the address, 24 hours after the snow has stopped.

What IPNA's registration means for you. IPNA is a Registered Neighborhood Organization with the City of Denver. RNOs receive formal notification of proposed zoning amendments, landmark applications, and other changes inside their boundaries. That notification is how residents find out about a project in time to weigh in on it, which is a large part of why the association exists.

nspiration Point Park, 4901 Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80212. The park is the reason this neighborhood has its name. The idea was introduced by Charles Mulford Robinson in 1906 as a vista point for viewing the city to the east and the Front Range to the west. George Kessler included the 25-acre site in his 1907 plan for the Denver Park and Parkway System, and the park was completed in 1910 with architect Henry Wright. The 700-foot concrete retaining wall at the edge of the bluff and the allee of ponderosa pines both date to that original design.
